4, air compressor leak check and adjust belt tightness, thumb press 10 mm is appropriate.

Compressor overheating symptoms:
1, air compressor exhaust temperature is too high.

Air compressor overheating cause of the malfunction:
1, loose valve or unloading valves do not work cause compressor overheating fault.

3, operation site and the cylinder fuel supply shortage.
Compressor overheating Fault Detection and troubleshooting:

Compressor Fault Diagnosis and Removal Method abnormal sound:
1, abnormal sound when the air compressor, check the connecting rod, connecting rod bushings, main bearings are worn, torn or burnt, connecting rod bolt is loose, check the air compressor main oil path is smooth; proposed to replace badly worn or strain of the bearings, bushings, main bearings, connecting rod bolts tightened, aligned with the compressed air compressor into the hole; air to clear the main oil duct.
